What Graduates Say About The Diet and Lifestyle Intervention Course
This course was packed so full of powerful and cutting-edge wellness and prevention information that it's already transforming my own health and will help me greatly to help others achieve their own optimal health. I wish I'd had even some of this critically important information during my 30-year career in emergency medicine, but "better late than never", and now I feel well armed and ready to move forward on the Prevention bandwagon: tally ho! I truly feel the speakers presented million-dollar information that any healthcare professional who truly CARES about their patients'/clients' health cannot afford to miss! I was truly astonished at the depth and breadth of knowledge and information presented and discussed.
Dr. Kathryn Collins, M.D.
I have been in the fitness industry for 26 years now as an Exercise Physiologist, Certified Personal Trainer, and health club owner. I have been studied and have been exposed to many types of nutritional and exercise philosophies, strategies, and theories during my career. Some of these have been holistic in nature, though most have been more traditional. In the past, I had no understanding of the power of nutrition in reversing many of the degenerative diseases that Americans suffer from. This all changed after taking The Wellness Forum's "Lifestyle Medicine Certification" course.
What impressed me most about this course was the high level of instruction I received. The course instructors were long-term practicing physicians who have had extensive experience with nutrition and lifestyle choices and the associated healing/health effects. Each week's course agenda covered various specific areas of health and disease management. By the end of the course, I was confident and knowledgeable in dealing with healthy, as well as, special degenerative disease population clients.
Since completing the course, my clientele has grown by a few hundred. This is primarily due to the application of information that I learned in the "Lifestyle Medicine Certification" course. I would highly recommend that anyone dealing with health care management, from whatever profession, take this course.
